Handan Ouyun Auto Parts Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "NTK", or the "Company") operates www.ntkbearing.com (the "Site"), serving business customers worldwide with product information, quotation inquiries, and after-sales support for NTK brand automotive bearings. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information, and the rights you may exercise. It is prepared in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (PIPL), the Cybersecurity Law, and the Data Security Law of the People's Republic of China, and with reference to internationally recognized frameworks such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), so that customers worldwide receive a consistent standard of protection.   • Inquiry and technical details: product requirements, quantities, destination markets, vehicle models, or OE reference numbers that you submit through the inquiry form on this Site, by email, or via instant messaging tools;
  • Order and fulfilment details: consignee name and address, contact phone number, tax registration information (where applicable), and information necessary for import and export customs clearance;
  • Settlement details: proof of payment, and basic banking information such as bank name and account number required for cross-border settlement. This Site does not offer online payment and does not store complete bank card details.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Server logs: basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and version, operating system, access time, and pages visited, used to keep the Site secure and stable;
  • Local storage: the Site uses browser local storage (localStorage) to remember your recent product searches so that you can quickly return to products you recently viewed. This information is stored only on your device, is never uploaded to our servers, and can be cleared at any time through your browser (see our Cookie Policy).

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Responding to your inquiries with product quotations, technical documentation, and sample arrangements;
  • Processing orders, arranging production and inspection, organizing logistics and export customs clearance, and issuing commercial invoices, packing lists, and other documentation;

  • Sending you product updates and industry news within the scope of your prior consent (you may unsubscribe at any time);
  • Meeting legal obligations, including export control and sanctions compliance screening, customs and tax filings, and foreign-exchange administration requirements;

3. Legal Bases for Processing

We process your personal information on the following bases: (1) necessity for concluding or performing a contract to which you are a counterparty or prospective counterparty; (2) necessity for complying with our legal obligations as an exporting enterprise; (3) necessity for our legitimate business interests (such as improving product and service quality and managing commercial risk); and (4) your consent (for example, when subscribing to newsletters). We do not sell your personal information. We share or entrust your information only to the extent necessary for the following purposes:

  • Inquiry form service: the inquiry form on this Site is powered by a third-party form service; the content you submit is transmitted through that service into our business systems for handling your inquiry;
  • Logistics and freight forwarding: providing carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers with the consignee and invoice information necessary for shipping and clearance;
  • Banks and settlement services: as necessary for processing cross-border payments;

5. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Our primary business systems and servers are located in the People's Republic of China. Information you submit through this Site is transferred to and processed in China; in addition, some of our service providers (such as cloud and form services) may operate facilities outside China, so your information may be subject to cross-border transfer. For any such transfer, we adopt safeguards required under applicable law, including data transfer agreements incorporating the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with the recipient, requiring recipients to provide a level of protection no lower than this Policy, and fulfilling applicable notification or consent procedures where required by law.

We apply industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted transmission (TLS), least-privilege and tiered access control, data backups, staff confidentiality and data protection obligations, and incident response plans.   • Inquiries and correspondence: retained for 3 years from the last substantive communication;
  • Orders, contracts, and fulfilment documents: retained for 10 years from completion of the contract (based on the limitation periods under the Civil Code and tax and accounting record-keeping requirements);
  • Financial and tax vouchers: retained for the periods prescribed by tax administration and related regulations;
  • Server logs: retained by default for no more than 12 months;
  • Information you request to be deleted: we will process such requests within 15 business days, except where retention is required by law.

Under applicable law (including PIPL and the GDPR), you have the right to:

  • Access and obtain a copy of your personal information;
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • Request deletion of your personal information (except where retention is required by law);
  • Request restriction of, or object to, specific processing activities;
  • Receive information you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used format (data portability);
  • Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal;
  • Lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your jurisdiction.

9. Minors

This Site is intended for business purchasers and professionals and is not directed at minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
